Returns Policy

All M-W merchandise and apparel purchases come with a satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not fully satisfied, items may be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

Custom & Bespoke Wheels

All M-W forged, split-rim, and bespoke wheel orders are manufactured to order and tailored specifically to the customer’s vehicle and specifications.

As such:

  • All custom wheel orders are final sale

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted

  • M-W Wheels is not responsible for incorrect vehicle or fitment data supplied by the customer or third party

Please ensure all specifications are confirmed prior to order placement.

Shipping & Returns

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. M-W Wheels cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.

Return timelines may vary depending on location.

Initial Inspection & Installation

Upon receiving your M-W Wheels, inspect them immediately before mounting tyres.

Before tyre installation, please verify:

  • Finish and colour

  • Bolt pattern (PCD)

  • Centre bore

  • Offset (ET) and backspacing

  • Brake caliper clearance

Once tyres are mounted, wheels cannot be returned or credited.

Installation Requirements

  • Use only tyre sizes recommended by the vehicle manufacturer

  • Mount tyres using contact-free tyre machines only

  • Use adhesive (stick-on) balance weights only

  • Clip-on weights are strictly prohibited and may void warranty

  • Torque all hardware to manufacturer specifications and re-check after a short test drive

Long-Term Care & Maintenance

2-Piece Wheels

Under no circumstances should wheel assembly bolts be loosened or removed.

These fasteners are structural components, not decorative.
Tampering may result in catastrophic failure and will void all warranties.

Cleaning Guidelines

To preserve the finish:

  • Use mild soap and water only

  • Clean with a soft, non-abrasive cloth

  • Never use chemical or acid-based cleaners

  • Do not clean wheels while hot

  • Avoid automated car washes using aggressive chemicals

In areas where road salt or chemicals are used, regular cleaning is essential to maintain finish warranty.

Wheel Storage

  • Clean wheels thoroughly before storage

  • Store in original packaging where possible

  • If tyres remain mounted, store wheels horizontally with protective spacing

  • Do not store wheels directly on bare concrete

Warranty

Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty

M-W Wheels are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the wheel, to the original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable.

Finish Warranty

Wheel finishes are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase, under normal road and environmental conditions, excluding exposure to corrosive elements such as road salt.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Road hazards, impacts, curbing, or accidents

  • Improper tyre sizing or inflation

  • Racing, track use, or off-road driving

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Use of clip-on wheel weights

  • Chemical cleaners or infrequent cleaning

  • Repairs or refinishing carried out by third parties

Any disassembly, refinishing, welding, heating, bending, or modification by anyone other than M-W Wheels will void the warranty.

Warranty Claims Procedure

To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact M-W Wheels Customer Support with proof of purchase

  2. Provide a written description of the issue and vehicle details

  3. Upon inspection, M-W Wheels will determine whether the wheel qualifies for repair or replacement at our discretion

M-W Wheels is not responsible for removal, reinstallation, vehicle downtime, or associated costs.

Discontinued Products & Finishes

Discontinued wheel styles or custom finishes may not be available for replacement or refinishing. Availability is subject to material supply and production capability.
